Foreman - Groundworks

Job Title: Foreman – Groundworks (Utilities)

Location: North Rhine-Westphalia (projects around Cologne)
Salary & Package: Competitive, including company car for private use

About the Role:
A growing construction company is seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman for utility infrastructure projects, including water, gas, and energy lines. Projects are based within a 1–2 hour radius of Cologne, primarily in the North, but may also include sites in the South.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise groundwork teams on utility installation projects

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

  • Coordinate with office and site teams for timely execution

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and site reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a foreman in groundworks or utility projects

  • Previous work in construction companies essential

  • Must have a valid driving license

  • Fluent in German (spoken and written)
